Synopsis: The park is a pristine and rugged land supporting many unaltered natural environments and ecosystems including long fjords and a mountain range rising up one mile above the coast.
Stamp Location: The park has two visitor contact stations accesible by road: The visitor center along SR 9 south of Seward, and the ranger station inside the park at the end of Exit Glacier Rd off SR 9 in Seward. There is also the Aialik Bay Ranger Station in Aialik Bay, but it is only accessible by boat. |

Synopsis: The park celebrates the Klondike Gold Rush of 1897-98 through 15 restored buildings within the Skagway Historic District. The park also administers the Chilkoot Trail and a small portion of the White Pass Trail.
Stamp Location: The units visitor center is located at 2nd & Broadway (at the bottom of Main St. where boats unload) in Skagway. See also Washington for the Seattle Unit. |

Synopsis: The park is encircled by the Baird and Waring mountain ranges. The park povides protection for several important geographic features, including the central portion of the Kobuk River, the 25-sqaure-mile Great Kobuk Sand Dunes, and the Little Kobuk and Hunt River dunes.

Synopsis: Lake Clark National Park and Preserve is a composite of ecosystems representative of many regions of Alaska.
Stamp Location: The NP field headquarters is located in Port Alsworth, accessible only by air. The stamp is also available from the parks headquarters located at 4230 University Dr in Anchorage, and Alaska Pacific Univeristy at Grace Hall. |

Synopsis: Park commemorates the 1804 Battle of Sitka, the last major conflict between Europeans and Alaska Natives. Park is the oldest NPS site in the state.
Stamp Location: The parks visitor center is located at the end of Lincoln St, just east of downtown Sitka. Stamp may also be obtained at the Russian Bishop's House on the corner of Lincoln St. & Monastery Sts. |

Synopsis: At over 13 million acres, the park is the largest in the park system, and argest assemblage of glaciers and the greatest collection of peaks above 16,000 feet. Mount St. Elias, at 18,008', is the second highest peak in the U.S.
Stamp Location: Stamp is available at the District Ranger Station south of SR 1 on Nabesna Rd in Slana, the park headquarters and main visitor center on the old Richardson Hwy (mm 105.5) north of Cooper Center, at the District Ranger Station in Chitna and the information kiosk in Kennecott. There is also a seasonally open ranger station in at Yakutat south of the park, accessible only by air or boat. |

Synopsis: Preserve protects 115 miles of the 1,800-mile Yukon River and the entire Charley River basin.
